Job summary

AdviserPlus, part of Empowering People Group, is seeking a legal professional to deliver practical employment law advice to clients. You will assist lead lawyers with tribunal claims, identify opportunities, and provide solutions-focused outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will report to the Head of Legal Team, Stefan Mars, and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performance environment within the Ellesmere Port team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering practical, solution‑driven legal advice to clients.
• Experience assisting with employment tribunal claims.
• Ability to spot and convert opportunities for routine and complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, straight‑talking employment law advice to clients.
• Assist lead lawyers with management of tribunal claims.
• Identify & pursue opportunities to deliver best‑advice to clients.
• Deliver solutions‑focused outcomes exceeding client expectations.
• Draft email updates and keep the team informed on developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Report to the Head of Legal Team, Stefan Mars.
