Job summary

ecruit is seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join its growing specialist team in Nottinghamshire (Hybrid) or remotely, depending on experience. The role requires managing your own caseload and advising on workplace disputes, grievances, settlements, and tribunal matters.

With at least 10 years PQE, you will support professionals in regulated sectors and draft clear advice, negotiate outcomes, and contribute to the team's development.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with current practising certificate and 10+ years' PQE.
• Experience handling employment law matters independently.
• Proven track record of achieving successful client outcomes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied employment law caseload from initial advice through to resolution.

The role focuses primarily on claimant employment law, supporting individuals, including professionals in regulated sectors, through complex and often challenging workplace matters.

What You'll Be Doing
