Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ PQE in employment law.
• Strong drafting, research and communication skills.
• Interest in knowledge management, training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employment law developments and maintain resources, precedents and knowledge materials.
• Update and develop client-facing tools, training programmes and employment documentation.
• Deliver training sessions and legal updates to colleagues and clients on key developments.
• Support innovation initiatives and improve efficiency in employment products and services.
