Job summary

Qualifications

• Lawyer, Legal Executive, or solicitor
• Excellent organisation skills
• Litigation experience in civil courts or tribunals
• Experience in Employment or Equal Pay is not essential; full training will be provided
• Understanding and empathic approach to direct client interaction
• Passion for client care

Responsibilities

• Assist with existing cases
• Manage a caseload predominantly consisting of equal pay claims
• Progress from assisting on existing files to taking ownership of an individual caseload
• Support and progress cases from inception through resolution
• Work closely with experienced legal professionals and an equity partner
• Develop expertise and deepen understanding of employment law
• Contribute to team goals and deliver excellent client outcomes
