Job summary

Jobtailor in Manchester is seeking a qualified lawyer to manage an equal pay caseload and support colleagues through the litigation process.

You will progress from assisting on existing files to taking ownership of cases, work closely with an equity partner, and develop expertise in employment law while delivering excellent client care.

A strong emphasis on organisation and empathy, with training provided for employment and equal pay claims.

Qualifications

• Lawyer, Legal Executive, or solicitor
• Excellent organisation skills
• Litigation experience in civil courts or tribunals
• Experience in Employment or Equal Pay is not essential; full training will be provided
• Understanding and empathic approach to direct client interaction
• Passion for client care
