Maximus in the UK is seeking an Employment Advisor to work across Bangor and Caernarfon, helping customers overcome barriers to employment. You will manage a caseload, provide coaching, and help people transform their lives.

The role requires strong IT skills, customer focus, and the ability to meet targets. Travel between sites is expected within the roll-out of services; salary ranges £26,700–£28,500 per year.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal performance targets and KPIs.
• Manage a caseload of customers and coach them for interviews and job searching.
• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand barriers to progression.
• Co-produce SMART action plans with tailored interventions.
• Coordinate with local services to address issues (e.g., debt, health).
• Identify employer recruitment needs and conduct pre-screens.
• Develop in-work support plans with participants and employers.
• Participate in service improvement activities.
• Follow data security and safeguarding policies.
• Work from local hubs and outreach locations as required.
