Job summary

Maximus is recruiting an Employment Specialist within supported employment. The role is field based and will involve travel around your local delivery area; a driving licence is essential. Salary - £32,000. We support vulnerable adults through five SEQF stages and work with partners to enable meaningful employment opportunities.

You will provide job matching, pre-employment support, on-the-job coaching and benefits advice while adhering to quality standards and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with MS Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
• Numeracy and literacy skills with KPI understanding.
• Ability to coach and support participants and employers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the SEQF quality framework and develop vocational profiles.
• Provide job-matching services aligning client skills with opportunities.
• Deliver one-to-one pre-employment support and on-the-job coaching.
• Provide benefits calculations and disclosure support.
• Meet and exceed KPI targets and maintain accurate documentation.
• Engage with stakeholders to advocate for participants.
