Job summary

Errington Legal in Kent is seeking an Employment Associate/Senior Associate to join a leading employment practice with hybrid working. The role involves delivering high quality advice on a wide range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, and contributing to the growth of the team.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, service agreements and policies, and maintain and grow client relationships while helping set strategic direction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE
• Track record of successful caseload management with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and excellent drafting skills
