Job summary

Errington Legal in Oxford is seeking a Senior Associate in Employment to handle a broad range of matters with hybrid working. The role involves leading on tribunal and advisory matters, supervising junior colleagues, and supporting clients across the UK in regulated sectors.

You will contribute to services spanning health and care, automotive, manufacturing, retail and higher education, within a collaborative, ambitious culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in employment law.
• Ability to lead on employment tribunal and advisory matters with supervision as needed.
• Experience in regulated sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist organisations across the UK and across sectors including health and care, automotive, manufacturing, retail and higher education.
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues.
