Job summary

Interlink Talent Solutions is recruiting an Employment Associate in Glasgow to join a nationally leading law firm. You will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of employment law matters, handling both contentious and non-contentious issues and supporting high-profile cases.

The role offers the chance to develop expertise, build strong client relationships and progress within a well-established practice, with opportunities across a varied caseload and a supportive team of employment law

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in employment law within a recognised legal practice.
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, drafting and analytical skills.
• A client-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A genuine interest in developing their career within a leading national firm.

Responsibilities

• Advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Supporting clients with disciplinary, grievance and dismissal issues.
• Advising on employment tribunal claims and dispute resolution.
• Assisting with redundancy programmes, restructures and TUPE matters.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.
