Job summary

Capital City College Group is seeking an Employer Engagement Officer to drive employer relationships, placements and work-based opportunities across London. This full-time fixed-term role focuses on researching prospects, presenting the College’s offer and negotiating opportunities from first contact to confirmed placement.

You will oversee placement compliance, employer checks and health and safety documentation, contributing to a responsive, inclusive college community.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Experience developing relationships with employers and generating work placement, apprenticeship or employment opportunities.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Experience developing employer accounts and converting relationships into vacancies or employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Research prospects, present the College's offer and understand workforce needs.
• Negotiate suitable opportunities and manage employer accounts from first contact to confirmed opportunity.
• Lead on placement compliance, employer checks, health and safety documentation and placement administration.
