Job summary

Capital City College Group in London is seeking an Employability and Progression Officer on a part-time, fixed-term basis ending 31 August 2029. You will support the EEC Team by engaging with learners, partners, and staff to plan and deliver activities that enhance life chances for 16-18 and 19+ students.

The role requires strong organisation, clear communication, and a proactive attitude, with a focus on accurate data entry in MIS and process improvement. DBS checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Engage with learners, external partners, and curriculum staff to assist in planning and delivering employability activities.
• Record EEC team enrichment activities accurately in MIS and liaise with relevant staff to improve processes and data consistency.
• Support the EEC team with presenting and communicating outcomes.
• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive college environment.
