Capel Manor College is seeking an enthusiastic Employer Engagement & Partnerships Advisor to join the Employer Skills, Innovation & Growth team in London. You will drive the London Talent Pathways programme, connecting employers with skilled candidates and helping Londoners access employment, training and progression opportunities.

You will build employer partnerships across sectors, identify vacancies and work placements, and ensure a high-quality recruitment experience for employers.

• This role requires experience in employer engagement, recruitment, business development or employability.
• Candidates should be proactive, organised and capable of building strong employer relationships.
• Comfort with engaging multiple stakeholders across London.

• Build and manage relationships with employers across London.
• Identify vacancies, work placements and employment opportunities.
• Promote the London Talent Pathways programme to employers.
• Support employers throughout the recruitment process.
• Organise employer events, networking and recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with college staff and external partners to maximise participant outcomes.
• Use CRM systems to report on engagement activity and targets.
• Contribute to contractual performance measures including job outcomes and employer satisfaction.
