Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to the continued development of teaching, learning and assessment materials as part of the College’s group tutorial scheme.
• Be committed to professional self-development, through participation in-service training as necessary for the successful carrying out of the job.
• Liaise closely with relevant staff, parents/carers and external stakeholders in supporting students identified as being at risk.

Responsibilities

• Identify industry needs and support students to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and experiences for placements and successful careers.
• Act as a key link between the learners and external organisations.
• Engage with stakeholders during open events, parents evenings or prospective student interviews.
• Promote and comply with College Health and Safety policies and procedures.
