atWork Australia is seeking Employer Engagement Consultants to join our Employment Services team across Perth North and South. In this role you will build strong employer partnerships and create sustainable employment opportunities for our clients.

We operate with Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together. You will identify leads, engage employers, coordinate with Job Coaches, and provide post-placement support to drive long-term employment success.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management or advocacy for clients.
• Thrives in a target-driven environment and KPI focus.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Confident in building relationships with employers from diverse industries.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage relationships with local employers to generate job opportunities
• Proactively identify leads through networking and local market engagement
• Partner with Job Coaches to prepare candidates for employment and align with employer needs
• Provide post-placement support to employers to drive long-term employment success
• Collaborate with internal teams to support clients at risk and improve retention outcomes
• Work towards KPIs and performance targets in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
