In this Full-Time role, you will support participants with our Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment. You will build partnerships with employers and advocate for inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Australia
• A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
• Willing to complete a National Police Check
• Able to pass a Working with Children Check
• Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

• Find the perfect match – support participants with the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment
• Boost Confidence – help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on employment with renewed purpose

• Advocating – be an advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments
