Cityworx Ltd. is seeking an experienced Employer Engagement Manager to lead national employer partnerships and secure a high-volume vacancy pipeline.

You will build relationships with major corporate partners, coordinate with Jobcentres, and work with internal teams to help participants find sustainable work. The role focuses on driving CSR partnerships, SLA sign-offs, and cross-team collaboration to maximise job starts and outcomes across the country.

Formación

• Proven experience in employer engagement or business development within welfare-to-work or adult education.
• An existing network of employer contacts in sectors such as retail, hospitality and health and social care.
• Strong knowledge of DWP systems, Jobcentre Plus networks and government-funded employment schemes.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of securing service level agreements with corporate entities.
• Ability to work in target-driven environments and maintain accurate data records within internal CRM tracking systems.

Responsabilidades

• Drive national employer engagement and sign local employer partners via CSR signs and SLAs.
• Use relationships to secure large volumes of vacancies across sectors matching participant groups.
• Maintain and grow an employer database, update records, and ensure compliance.
• Engage with Jobcentres and DWP to promote services and secure partnerships.
• Collaborate with Employment Advisors and operations/tech teams to ensure vacancies are filled and outcomes achieved.
