Job summary

S Knights Recruitment is seeking an Employer Liaison Officer to build relationships with local employers across West Yorkshire (Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Kirklees and Calderdale) and identify recruitment opportunities. You will help generate vacancies and connect individuals to employment support, while maintaining strong employer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in employer engagement, business development, recruitment, account management or employer liaison.
• Confident building relationships with employers and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Commercially aware with ability to identify opportunities and employer needs.
• Organised and proactive with ability to manage multiple relationships.
• Comfortable working toward targets and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with local employers across West Yorkshire.
• Engage businesses to identify recruitment needs and opportunities.
• Support generation of vacancies and job opportunities for individuals.
• Develop understanding of local labour market conditions and employer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to connect candidates with opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication and build long-term relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand employer engagement and partnerships.
• Keep accurate records of employer activity and vacancy information.
• Support employer engagement activity to contribute to placement objectives.
