Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above, ideally in sales or business.
• Level 2 English and Maths are required.
• Proven experience in business development, account management or sales.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of apprenticeships, funded training or the FE sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate and convert new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing employers.
• Conduct employer training needs analysis meetings.
• Promote apprenticeship programmes and commercial training services.
• Deliver presentations and tailored solutions to employers.
• Negotiate and secure business agreements.
• Manage employer accounts to maximise repeat business.
• Support networking events and employer engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reports with internal teams.
• Monitor labour market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
