Job summary

Realise Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Executive for a role focused on selling Apprenticeships into businesses. You will generate new employer customers through warm and cold calls, and pitch funded modern apprenticeships that come at no cost to clients.

The position is office- and telephone-based, with some external client meetings. In time you will build an account base and progress toward account management, with earning potential well above the base salary through high OTE.

Responsibilities

• Generate new employer customers through warm and cold calling and pitching funded modern apprenticeships.
• Handle internal telephone-based sales and account management with some external client meetings.
• Source own leads and target sectors to grow the account base, evolving toward account management of existing clients.
