• Proven track record in business development, sales or business generation.
• Experience in apprenticeships, commercial training or FE sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business through sales calls, meetings, presentations, events and campaigns.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly apprenticeship starts and KPI targets.
• Advise employers on apprenticeships, levy utilisation, funding and compliance.
• Develop tailored training proposals to meet employer workforce needs.
