Job summary

Vista is seeking a proactive Content and Communications Specialist to power our People Communications. Based in London, you will develop ideas, craft social media content, newsletters, and careers site updates, and produce internal stories that build pride across the business.

You will bring the Seek New Horizons employer brand to life in every piece you create. Working with the People Communications Manager and the Social Media Manager, you’ll run a pipeline of stories, interview colleagues,

Qualifications

• Experience in a content, communications, marketing or social media role.
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for social, newsletter and internal audiences.
• Video filming and editing skills.
• A strong eye for a story and the confidence to interview people at every level.
• Hands-on experience creating content for LinkedIn and other social platforms, including short-form video.
• Working knowledge of design and editing tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Comfort using data and analytics to evaluate and improve content.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple pieces of work and stakeholders at once.

Responsibilities

• Find and develop the stories by building a pipeline of content ideas across the business.
• Identify and spotlight employee achievements, career journeys and milestones reflecting our employer brand.
• Interview colleagues and leaders, turning experiences into engaging written, visual and video content.
• Create employer brand content for Vista’s social channels and career site.
• Write and produce newsletters that keep prospective talent engaged with Vista.
• Repurpose external content for internal audiences and ensure content aligns with brand.
• Track content performance and use data to refine formats and timing.
