Conduct is seeking a marketing generalist to own employer brand and the talent community from London. You will craft the narrative that explains why Conduct matters, shape the careers experience, and build a lively talent network across engineering, deployment strategy, go-to-market and operations.

You will create compelling brand content in words, video and visuals, run recruiting events, and partner with the Social & Community Lead to amplify our employer story online.

Qualifications

• Generalist with sharp taste and a relentless drive to ship across brands, communities and events.
• Exceptional writing and editing are the top requirements.
• Clear spike in employer brand with ability to contribute across the marketing team.
• Track record in building employer brand or talent communities for hiring across tech and business roles.
• Experience at a fast-moving tech company with broad mandate and pace.
• Ability to create in words, video and visuals without only briefing others.
• Genuine conviction about the problem Conduct solves; enterprise software or AI is a plus.
• Bias to action; hands-on at any seniority level.
• Willingness to be in the office daily, close to the team.

Responsabilités

• Tell the talent story: articulate why work at Conduct and the company vision for each function.
• Own the careers experience: manage the careers page, job descriptions, and candidate materials.
• Shape candidate experience with a high-touch process from prep packs to the founders’ case in interviews.
• Create employer brand content: films, stories and assets for social channels and developer community.
• Build the talent community: design events and programmes to keep great people engaged.
• Shape partner events by combining thought leadership with recruiting.
• Welcome new joiners by creating a values document and onboarding pack.
