Job summary

Vista Global is seeking a Creative Content Producer based in London to fuel People Communications. You will craft stories, write engaging copy and produce multimedia content for social channels, newsletters and our careers site.

You will interview colleagues and leaders, collaborate across the Talent team, and help Bring Vista’s employer brand to life with compelling, on-brand content that resonates internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Experience in a content, communications, marketing or social media role.
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for social, newsletter and internal audiences.
• Video filming and editing skills.
• A strong eye for a story and the confidence to interview people at every level, from frontline teams to senior leaders.
• Hands-on experience creating content for LinkedIn and other social platforms, including short-form video.
• Working knowledge of design and editing tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Comfort using data and analytics to evaluate and improve content.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple pieces of work and stakeholders at once.
• Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or internal communications.
• Experience with email newsletter platforms and intranet or employee experience platforms such as Workvivo.
• Experience working across international teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop stories and create content for social media, candidate newsletters and the careers site.
• Produce internal stories to build pride and understanding across the business.
• Collaborate with People Communications and Social Media to plan and publish employer brand content.
• Interview colleagues and leaders to turn experiences into engaging written, visual and video content.
• Maintain a shared content calendar linking external employer brand activity with internal comms.
• Create and refresh content for Vista careers site and newsletters.
• Support employer brand campaigns and launches for priority locations and job families.
• Repurpose external content for internal audiences and vice versa.
• Track content performance and use data to improve formats, timing and messaging.
• Ensure brand standards and tone of voice across all content.
