In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across People, Brand, and Comms to define and execute a global vision—bringing to life a compelling and authentic employer brand aligned with business goals and culture.

Proven experience leading employer brand and talent attraction initiatives in a global organisation
Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in content development and campaign execution
Strong understanding of social media, digital, and recruitment marketing best practices
Data-driven approach with experience in campaign analytics and optimisation
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Passion for crafting standout candidate experiences and employer narratives
? Duration: 12 months, with potential to go permanent
? Rate: Up to £500/day (Umbrella) or £375/day (PAYE)
? Hours: 38/week, Mon–Fri
? Location: Hybrid (Infrequent travel)
? Security: BPSS required (no higher clearance needed)
? Interview Process: Two stages – in-person on May 2nd, followed by a virtual final round
