We are seeking a London-based Manager Employee Success (ES) People Consultant to join our ES organization. This individual will collaborate with ES teams, including ESBPs, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ES Operations, Compensation, Mobility, Recruiting, and Talent Development to implement ES programs supporting the organization’s needs.

This role will also provide support to managers and employees through coaching, enablement on ES topics, talent initiatives, team dynamics, data analysis, and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate is passionate about making an impact at scale, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to work within a strong ES organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Partner with ESBPs, ER, and other ES teams to resolve issues related to talent strategy, compensation, promotions, mobility, and team dynamics.
  2. Work with senior leaders to address complex issues, providing coaching and support on ES topics.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
  4. Support digital transformation initiatives, including AI-driven recruitment and remote work enablement.
  5. Lead the rollout of ES programs and initiatives, organizing team efforts when needed.
  6. Create tools and resources for consistent service delivery and enable peers to leverage them.
  7. Support high-impact initiatives like talent assessment, leadership development, organizational design, and employee engagement.
  8. Monitor trends in employee satisfaction, attrition, and turnover; analyze data to inform recommendations.
  9. Collaborate with ES Operations to improve service delivery and resolve root causes of issues.
  10. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to scale ES efforts.
  11. Mentor and onboard team members, leading initiatives and coaching teams.
  12. Stay informed on HR trends related to labor relations, unions, and employment laws.
  13. Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to employment obligations.
Requirements and Key Skills
  • Experience supporting diverse, global, and fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive self-starter with change management skills.
  • Strong mentoring, coaching, and onboarding abilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Data analysis skills with proficiency in Google Drive, Workday, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Ability to interpret trends and communicate insights effectively.
  • Experience designing and implementing HR programs in partnership with Centers of Excellence.
  • Skilled in delivering feedback, coaching leaders, and facilitating discussions.
  • Knowledge of employment policies, staffing, compensation, and talent management, especially in Italy.
Requirements - Education & Experience

Minimum 8+ years of HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Analytics experience.
