We are seeking a London-based Manager Employee Success (ES) People Consultant to join our ES organization. This individual will partner closely with other ES teams, including ESBPs, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ES Operations, Compensation, Mobility, Recruiting, and Talent Development to coordinate, roll out, and execute ES programs and initiatives that support the business needs of the organization.
This role will also provide specific support to managers and employees, including direct and specialized support, coaching, and enablement on various ES topics and programs, such as talent initiatives, team dynamics, compensation data analysis, talent strategy, and ad hoc analytics.
This role will act as an escalation point and mentor for other ESPCs. The ideal candidate is interested in making an impact at scale in a fast-growing company, excels in a high-engagement environment, and is eager to work with a strong ES Organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with ESBPs, ER, and other ES teams to coordinate issue resolution involving managers, teams, and the business related to talent strategy, compensation, promotions, mobility, teaming dynamics, and related matters.
- Work directly with senior leaders to resolve medium to complex issues, using insights and best practices to influence, coach, and support leaders and teams through complex ES topics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, ensuring HR strategies align with business needs. Proactively analyze and present insights on organizational health and propose ES activities aligned with country priorities.
- Support digital transformation efforts within ES operations, including AI-driven recruitment and remote work enablement.
- Develop and lead the rollout of ES programs and initiatives, sometimes organizing team members to achieve objectives.
- Create tools, templates, and resources for consistent service delivery and enable peers to leverage them.
- Provide enablement and support for high-impact initiatives like talent assessment, leadership development, organizational design, compensation planning, employee engagement, and retention.
- Monitor trends and metrics related to employee satisfaction, attrition, and turnover; build narratives using data and partner with ESBPs to recommend improvements.
- Partner with ES Operations on knowledge transfer and resolving root cause issues impacting employee and manager experiences.
- Lead initiatives to identify work that can be scaled through automation or process improvements, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Mentor and onboard colleagues within the ES organization, guiding them through initiatives.
- Stay informed on current and emerging HR trends relevant to the country, including Labour Relations, Works Councils, and Unions where applicable.
- Collaborate with Labour Relations, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure Salesforce complies with employment legal obligations.
Requirements and Key Skills:

- Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and implement supportive programs and processes.
- Deliver difficult feedback, coach leaders through challenging scenarios, and facilitate team discussions.
- Possess general knowledge of employment policies and practices in Italy.
- Understand staffing, compensation, and talent management best practices.
Requirements - Education & Experience:
8+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Analytics roles.
