Job Description:

We are recruiting for a leading Financial Services organisation to hire an experienced Employee Relations Advisor. (FS experience is essential)

This role requires someone who has focused on Employee Relations for the last few years and not as part of HR Generalist duties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all employee relations matters, providing specialist employee relations, employment law, and change management advice and guidance.
  • Supporting HR business partners and personnel across key HR areas such as change management, TUPE, absence management, maternity, disciplinary, performance management, grievance, and redundancy.

Note: Dedicated experience as an ER specialist is essential in Financial Services. Must demonstrate a high level of ER experience, including managing grievances, performance improvement, and employment tribunal cases. Knowledge of UK employment law, TUPE transfers, and collective consultation is required.
