Employee Relations Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: City of London, Bath, United Kingdom

On-site: 5 days a week

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 plus benefits

We are recruiting for a leading Financial Services organisation to hire an experienced Employee Relations Advisor. (FS experience is essential)

This role requires someone who has focused on Employee Relations for the last few years, not as part of HR Generalist duties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all employee relations matters, providing specialist advice on employee relations, employment law, and change management.
  • Providing support to HR business partners and personnel across key HR areas such as change management, TUPE, absence management, maternity, disciplinary actions, performance management, grievances, and redundancy.

Requirements:

  • Dedicated experience as an ER specialist in Financial Services is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage grievances, performance improvement processes, and employment tribunal cases.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, TUPE transfers, and collective consultation practices.
