Job summary

LSH Auto UK Limited is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to support managers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. You will handle employee relations cases, coach line managers on performance, disciplinary and grievance processes, and advise on HR policies and employment law.

This on-site role based in Birmingham offers a 40-hour week and a salary of £40,000 per annum, with benefits and opportunities to improve people processes across the business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in HR advisory or similar with employee relations and casework.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience coaching managers on disciplinary, grievance and performance matters and advising stakeholders at all management levels.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Robust verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate HR records and improve HR processes.

Join a dynamic people team at LSH Auto, a leading UK Mercedes-Benz retailer. We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing practical support to managers and colleagues.

You'll play a key role in managing employee relations cases, coaching managers and improving people processes, helping to create a positive and well-managed working environment.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR advisory or similar role, including handling employee relations and HR casework


• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices


• Experience coaching managers on disciplinary, grievance and performance matters, and advising stakeholders at all management levels


• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience using Excel


• Eligibility to work in the UK
