• Experience in multi-site operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leaders with expert guidance on employee relation matters.
• Manage and mitigate people-related risks to protect the business.
• Ensure consistent application of people policies and employment practices.
• Coach leaders to manage performance, absence, conduct and employee relations matters.
• Oversee key compliance areas, including right to work and mandatory training.
• Analyse people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with the wider People team to align day-to-day management with the broader strategy.
