Job summary

Dnata is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to manage a substantial ER caseload and advise on HR policies. You will coach line managers, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.

The role requires strong coaching skills, business acumen and the ability to travel to UK sites. Permanent full-time position in Manchester with a focus on fair, compliant employee relations practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations/HR Generalist or equivalent role with case management focus.
• Desirable experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to influence and build credibility across levels.
• Attention to detail with strategic, pragmatic mindset.
• Experience coaching leaders in employee relations best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for ER-related issues.
• Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop line managers through 1:1 sessions and group training on performance, disciplinary and absence management.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, HR standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide consultative issue resolution.
• Manage a high-volume ER caseload including complex cases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the HR team.
• Participate in broader people-focused projects as required.
• Champion fairness, inclusion and respect in employee relations practices.
