Job summary

Anchor is seeking an experienced Lead Employee Relations Specialist to deliver a coaching-led ER service across the organisation in a hybrid Bradford setting. Reporting to a People Services Delivery Partner, you will guide managers on complex matters, ensuring legal compliance and risk management while developing the team.

You will lead a small ER team, coach managers, handle high‑risk cases end‑to‑end, and drive continuous improvement of the People Services Delivery function.

Qualifications

• Senior HR Advisory/Employee Relations experience in a large organisation.
• Experience leading or supervising a small team with coaching and guidance.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to coach, influence and support managers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex and high-risk employee relations matters end-to-end.
• Manage and develop an Employee Relations Specialist and People Assistant.
• Provide expert ER guidance and coaching to managers across the organisation.
• Act as escalation point for ER and People Admin queries.
• Drive continuous improvement of the People Services Delivery function.
