WSP Global Inc. in Leeds is seeking an ER Partner on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to lead employee relations across a defined portfolio. You will advise leaders, manage complex ER cases, and collaborate to deliver upskilling, change management, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• ER professional with proven experience managing disciplinary, grievance, performance and capability cases.
• Strong change-management knowledge and employment-law awareness.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills to enable leaders to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and people managers on ER activity within a defined portfolio of business units.
• Deliver targeted ER upskilling sessions for managers.
• Provide expert advice and support on ER cases of varying complexity.
• Identify and manage risks within the employee relations remit and mitigate where appropriate.
• Lead planning and delivery of organisational change including TUPE, redundancy, restructuring and office moves.
• Use data and insights to highlight ER trends and drive targeted solutions.
• Collaborate with ER peers to develop best-in-class approaches while working autonomously.
• Provide training and upskilling support to ER Advisors and act as escalation point for cases.
• Support implementation of recommendations and lessons learned from ER processes.
