Job summary

CDW is seeking a senior Employee Relations Partner to lead and execute the ER strategy, governance, and outcomes across the UK&I. The role involves advising senior leaders on complex ER matters, TUPE, and organisational change, while ensuring compliance with policies and employment law.

You will manage a small ER team, oversee case management, and collaborate with global ER colleagues to drive best practices. A CIPD qualification and solid UK employment law knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in employee relations
• In-depth understanding of UK employment law and legislation
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking

Responsibilities

• Lead ER strategy and governance aligned with company values
• Provide end-to-end ER advice and case management
• Oversee ER tickets and SLA adherence
• Manage Occupational Health processes and GDPR compliance
• Advise UK&I HR leadership and senior leaders on ER matters
• Maintain ER case documentation and reporting metrics
• Develop and deliver training for managers and leaders
