6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Full Time - Hybrid - 3 days onsite - Central London

We have been supporting a truly unique Local Authority within London over the last 2 years, as they navigate large scale organisational change and transformation. With multiple projects set for 2025 across the HR function, they are now looking to re-establish a designated Employee Relations team within their HR Business Partnering function to bolster this change.
If you're a seasoned Employee Relations / HR specialist with experience reviewing the capability of the function and driving service excellence through transformation and professionalisation of the function, then this could be a great contract to start 2025 with. Leading approx. 4-6 direct reports, you will be responsible for establishing this new team, reviewing the current frameworks and procedures in place, driving process improvement, upskilling the team through coaching and training of best practice and implementing wider investigatory managers across the organisation.
