This role involves a mix of strategic and operational ER work, handling a high volume of complex ER cases. The ER Manager will be supported by a junior ER advisor and will report into this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing complex ER cases to resolution.
Requirements include:
The organization offers a hybrid working pattern of 1-2 days in the office per week, with the rest from home. Attendance in the office is required as needed.
The salary is up to approximately £60,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.
