Job description

Alexander Lloyd is supporting a professional SME organization in recruiting an ER Manager for a 14-month maternity cover.

This role involves a mix of strategic and operational ER work, handling a high volume of complex ER cases. The ER Manager will be supported by a junior ER advisor and will report into this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing complex ER cases to resolution.

Requirements include:

1. A number of years' experience in an ER-specific role
2. Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law
3. Experience dealing with high-volume ER cases
4. Background in a fast-paced environment
5. Ability to handle senior-level complex ER cases
6. Capability to manage both strategic and operational ER elements
7. Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels
8. Experience leading ER-related projects

The organization offers a hybrid working pattern of 1-2 days in the office per week, with the rest from home. Attendance in the office is required as needed.

The salary is up to approximately £60,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.
