We build workplaces where people thrive and businesses grow. To do that well, we need HR Consultants who bring clarity, care and courage — and who are energised by doing meaningful work across a diverse client population.
If you want predictable in‑house HR, this won’t be the right home for you. If you want stretch, variety and real impact — we’d love to meet you.
This role is about setting our clients up for success from day one. You will deliver the full onboarding experience for every new client, ensuring the process is smooth, human and commercially sound. As you work, you’ll continuously improve how we onboard — automating non–client‑facing steps to create more space for meaningful, human‑to‑human support.
By working closely with clients across their lifecycle, you’ll develop a clear view of what they genuinely need. Over time, you’ll use these insights to review our service packages and flag to the MD where something isn’t aligned with real client demand, and what alternative or refined options might better serve them in future.
You’ll partner across our full client population, manage ourservice desk, and bring structured time‑planning, commercial judgement and thoughtful administration to ensure every client receives high‑quality, tailored HR support. You’ll also support our growth activity through outreach calls, helping us stay connected with potential clients and maintain a healthy pipeline.
You’ll also advise leaders with calm confidence, simplify complexity, and move businesses forward with thoughtful, commercially sound HR. Protecting scope and planning your time with discipline is essential to how we keep our promises.
