• Ability to provide timely advice on employee relations matters.
• Experience handling ER cases and exits.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective advice on employee relations matters.
• Coach and advise managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Support ER procedures and manage formal ER cases.
• Conduct exit interviews and present feedback.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases when needed.
• Assist with designing and delivering training on ER topics.
