Our client, a large, unionised Public Sector organisation now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Please note: this role offers hybrid working arrangements with at least 3 days pw working from the London offices.
As Employee Relations Consultant working as part of a dedicated Employee Relations team, you will act as the first line of contact and subject matter expert for a wide range of complex employee relations and people management issues. This will include leading on complex HR casework, supporting collective trade union relations, working closely with people managers to provide guidance, coaching and development in the best practice management and resolution of individual employee relations cases, providing analysis and reporting on employee relations issues and trends, and much more!
