An established industry player is seeking an Interim Employee Relations Lead for a 6-month contract in London. This role is pivotal in managing trade union relationships and enhancing employee engagement through the development of staff networks. You will work closely with the Director of HR and senior management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across various departments. Your expertise will guide the creation and review of HR policies, procedures, and engagement strategies, making a significant impact on the organization. We are recruiting for an Interim Employee Relations Lead for 6 months to work with a non-profit client based in London (2 days in office).
Working closely with the Director of HR and the senior management team, you will play a key role in supporting:
You will act as the point of contact for Trade Unions, responding to items of correspondence and progressing all issues with relevant directorates. You will also lead on priority HR policy, procedure and guidance consultation and review, working in collaboration with EDI committee members and other stakeholders, whilst leading on staff networks/employee resource groups and other staff engagement activity.
