Job description

We are recruiting for an Interim Employee Relations Lead for 6 months to work with a non-profit client based in London (2 days in office).


Working closely with the Director of HR and the senior management team, you will play a key role in supporting:

  1. Trade union relationship management
  2. Development of staff networks
  3. Employee consultation and engagement activity
  4. HR policy, procedure, and review development

You will act as the point of contact for Trade Unions, responding to items of correspondence and progressing all issues with relevant directorates. You will also lead on priority HR policy, procedure and guidance consultation and review, working in collaboration with EDI committee members and other stakeholders, whilst leading on staff networks/employee resource groups and other staff engagement activity.
