An established industry player is seeking an experienced Employee Relations specialist to join their dynamic team. This newly created role offers the chance to lead the Employee Relations team and implement best practices for managing complex employee relations casework. You will collaborate with HR partners to develop effective protocols, manage escalated cases, and provide training on employee relations skills. Our client, a large, complex and unionised organisation now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations specialist to join their team on an initial fixed term contract basis.
Please note: this role offers hybrid working arrangements with at least 3 days pw working from the London offices.
As Employee Relations Manager in this newly created role, you will be responsible for leading the Employee Relations team and overseeing the development and implementation of a best practice operational delivery plan to manage employee relations casework across the organisation.
Working alongside colleagues in the wider HR Partnering and Services teams you will develop the protocols and systems for the referral, management and reporting of cases, manage a portfolio of complex, escalated employee relations cases, support formal negotiations, consultations and ETs, analyse themes and trends to inform ongoing policy development, deliver training to managers on employee relations skills and much more!
