Scope of Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR for our Wholesale business area, you’ll be an experienced HR professional with a keen interest in employee relations to join our team as an Employee Relations Business Partner. You will ensure operational managers and leaders are supported end-to-end, delivering a high quality, and responsive employee relations experience.
You will act as an SME, providing guidance and pragmatic advice to the People Solutions function, creating consistency across the business areas in the management of Employee Relations cases.
The successful candidate will provide senior operational leadership and support to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, business-focused, and responsive employee relations service. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the Employee Relations approach by working with our COE’s to leverage data and management development to create a pro-active upskilling management culture.
The Employee Relations Business Partner will lead on the developing of core E.R upskilling for our People leaders and support the continued professional development of both the Wholesale and wider People Solutions function.
