Job summary

Navantia UK is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to shape a supportive, fair workplace across our unionised sites in Methil. You will handle conflict resolution, grievances and disciplinary matters, while partnering with union reps to maintain constructive relationships and ensure policy compliance.

You will deliver ER training, lead investigations, monitor trends, and provide senior leadership with insights to drive a people-first culture across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a unionised manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
• Excellent communication, mediation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues and leaders with conflict resolution, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Partner with union representatives to maintain constructive relationships.
• Champion consistent application of policies and UK employment law.
• Deliver training on ER issues, conflict management and policy awareness.
• Lead thorough and fair investigations into workplace concerns.
• Track ER trends and provide insights to senior leaders.
