• Proven background in Employee Relations within a fast-paced multi-site environment with knowledge of employment law and hands-on case management, including change management and TUPE.
• Influencing & coaching: confident in guiding managers at all levels with credibility in complex ER matters.
• Communication & relationship building: excellent written and verbal communication with discretion.
• Technical & data awareness: strong IT skills with focus on data privacy and compliance.
