Job summary

EY is seeking an ER Advisor to join the HR team in Birmingham. You will provide high-quality Employee Relations advice to managers on absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters, ensuring cases are managed professionally and in line with employment law and EY policy.

In this role you will actively manage a caseload, maintain accurate records in HR systems and collaborate with the wider Employee Relations team to deliver consistent, compliant guidance and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ professional HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR processes.
• Experience in employee relations case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Employee Relations advice to managers on absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
• Manage caseload in line with EY policy and SLAs.
• Escalate complex queries to HR Manager and ensure professional service.
• Maintain knowledge of current employment law principles and EY policies.
• Record updates in HR systems and ensure timely closure of cases.
