Accord Healthcare Europe is seeking an HR Advisor to partner with HRBPs and Directors, delivering professional Employee Relations guidance and managing case records. You will support managers with employment law, ER insights, and performance data, while contributing to a compliant HR function across the business.

You will bring a degree in HR or related field, CIPD Level 5+, and solid ER experience, with an up-to-date understanding of employment legislation and strong prioritization skills to

• CIPD level 5 or above.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR practice and disciplines.
• Up to date and practical knowledge of employment legislation.
• Plans and prioritizes tasks effectively, using tools to manage workload.

Responsabilités

• Provide ER guidance to managers in partnership with HRBPs & HR Directors.
• Liaise with HRBPs & Directors on ER issues with significant risk or unclear policies.
• Provide support on all Employee relations matters.
• Develop and advise on employee relations related to conditions of service, policies & procedures.
• Support managers with employment law guidance, ER support and management information.
• Support ER statistics reporting to managers.

Working with all HR and other functions to ensure best in class employee and labour relations are maintained throughout the business. Ensure compliance with all necessary processes, policies, and procedures. Update and Maintain employee relations case management records. Support Hub/Site HR teams in managing employee relations cases.

• In partnership with the HRBPs & HR Directors, provide professional ER guidance to managers.
• Liaise with the HRBPs & Directors as required on ER issues which may have significant risk on organisational implications, or where further clarification is required concerning policies/procedures where there are no clear precedents.
• Provide support on all Employee relations matters.
• To develop and advise on employee relations matters related to conditions of service, policies & procedures.
• Support managers in meeting their objectives through the provision of effective, timely and accurate understanding of employment law, employee relations support and coaching and management information.
• Support the provision of employee relations related statistics to managers, such as case management trends.

The Person

• Degree in Human Resources, Occupational Psychology, Law or Labour Relations
• Relevant experience as an HR Advisor or equivalent role
• Comprehensive understanding of HR practice and disciplines
• CIPD level 5 or above
• Experience of providing ER support and guidance.
• Up to date and practical knowledge of employment legislation.
• Plans and prioritizes tasks effectively, using tools to manage workload on an ongoing basis and adapt to changing demands.
• Understanding Employee Relations as a critical element to the wider HR offering.
