Job summary

Accord Healthcare is seeking a hands-on HR professional to support colleagues at our Hub or Site. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, partnering with the HR Director and HRBP to drive the EMENA people strategy and enable growth.

You will lead efforts in workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, leadership development, employee relations, communications, training, and change management, while guiding recruitment and engagement across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience across core HR disciplines.
• Can operate at strategic and procedural levels.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Experience of working with delegated business group.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and pace.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance to hub/site colleagues and managers.
• Act as point of contact for HR enquiries and support the HR Director/HRBP in delivering the EMENA people strategy.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, organizational design and leadership development.

• Contribute to talent attraction and retention strategies to grow a global footprint.

Job description

A member of the Hub or Site based People Team that supports all colleagues based in the Hub or Site. To act as a Hub or Site point of contact for HR enquiries as they arise. Be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, supporting the HR Director (HRD) or the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive the EMENA people strategy that underpins the business' objectives and enables organizational growth. Responsible for supporting workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, leadership development, employee relations and communications, training and development, and change management for the Hub or Site. Enabling the EMENA talent attraction and retention strategy by supporting, coaching and advising managers through recruitment, management and engagement of their teams. Use data and key metrics to provide the Hub or Site People team with information to drive decision making and change across business areas and the site.

The Person

• Good generalist experience of the main disciplines of HR.
• Able to work at both an operational and strategic level.
• Excellent communication skills (in written and spoken English), including the ability to relate to stakeholders of all levels and cultural backgrounds.
• Commercial outlook and ability to understand business priorities and challenges.
• Experience of working with the delegated business group.
• Ability to work at pace meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
