Job summary

Regional Recruitment in Trowbridge invites an experienced HR Advisor to join their growing team. Based onsite, you will provide proactive HR advice to managers across the business, focusing on employee relations and employment legislation.

You will manage absence, disciplinary and grievance matters, maintain HR records, support policies, and contribute to continuous improvement. The role offers 37.5 hours, a competitive salary of £38,000 to £42,000, and a pension with matched contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience advising managers on absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to managers and employees across a wide range of employee relations matters.
• Advise on performance management, sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Provide timely advice in line with current employment legislation, company policies and best practice.
• Manage and progress employee relations casework through to successful outcomes.
• Work closely with managers to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed fairly and consistently.
• Coach managers to develop their confidence and capability in handling people matters.
• Support HR projects including TUPE transfers, redundancy consultations and organisational change.
