Vodafone is seeking a leader to support development and delivery of our Employee Listening Strategy and culture and engagement initiatives, helping create an impactful employee experience aligned to our people and business strategy.

You will lead narrative and insights, connect listening insights to actions, measure engagement and leadership impact, and collaborate across markets to drive adoption of the Employee Experience Framework.

What You’ll Do

Support the development and delivery of Vodafone's Employee Listening Strategy and culture and engagement initiatives, helping to create an impactful employee experience and support delivery of our people and business strategy.

• Manage the development and delivery of our Employee Listening Strategy
• Develop narrative and insights aligned to our transformation and business strategy that measures progress and informs actions.
• Connect listening insights to relevant and timely action taking for individuals, teams and the organisation
• Support the measurement and change methodology that measures core metrics (e.g. Engagement, Leadership Impact, Spirit of Vodafone behaviours) to identify the gaps and suggesting actions and outcomes to address gaps
• Inform and guide the product roadmap for listening partners to maximise our listening programme and our return on investment
• Collaborate across the business to create, drive and implement culture and engagement initiatives which help deliver the Spirit of Vodafone so employees can be empowered to do their best work.
• Support the global rollout and continuous improvement of the Employee Experience Framework and methodology, enabling consistent application across markets while driving adoption, capability and experience-led decision making.

Who You Are

• Strong leadership, collaboration and team work skills.
• Knowledge of and experience leading on employee listening, employee engagement and behavioural development through people processes to support culture change.
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to use data and insights to tell a compelling story
• Excellent written communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a global setting.
• Comfortable supporting innovation, experimentation and applying learnings to programme development and implementation
• Relevant experience in employee listening, employee engagement, culture, employee experience, organisational development or a related discipline.
• Experience working with employee listening platforms, survey methodologies and insight reporting.
• Proficient in analysing and interpreting data to generate actionable recommendations
